WARRANTY

We offer a one year warranty against structural cracking.*

We offer a three year warranty against major surface defects such as major scaling or pop-outs exceeding five per square yard throughout the slab.

*Structural cracking is when concrete has separated and the crack has opened up or the concrete has shifted in height from adjacent sections. Hairline cracks are not covered under this warranty. Concrete is expected to crack so we cut control joints at appropriate spacing to create a weak spot for the crack to develop. There are instances beyond our control where a crack will develop outside of the control joints. The objective is not to prevent the

concrete from cracking but to direct the cracks into the control joints.
